Who We Are

Tim Peterson, Chief Executive Officer

Tim Peterson started following in his father’s footsteps at a very young age. Howard “Pete” Peterson took him to buildings and job sites from the time he was eight years old, instilling in him a deep appreciation for the construction industry. Tim attended Purdue University and graduated with a degree in Building Construction Management. He is now the CEO of The Peterson Company and oversees all facets of the organization. He still enjoys getting his "hands dirty" and being on the job sites of each and every one of the company's projects. When he is away from the office, he follows his childrens' sports very closely, and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.

Larry Siegler, Chief Operating Officer

Larry has been working in the commercial development industry since 1999. He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. For many years he has lead a team in land acquisition, land development, and building construction in the commercial/industrial real estate arena. Today, as COO of The Peterson Company, Larry finds himself more involved with all the aspects of the organization including direct oversight of the construction, maintenance and property management divisions. Don Piggush, Chief Financial Officer

Don has over 25 years of experience as CFO of various sized businesses ranging from start-up companies to financial institutions. He is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in Accounting. Don works very closely with his staff to ensure their accuracy and efficiency. When he manages to sneak away from the office he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Bret Stallcop, Director of Construction

Bret has been managing construction projects since 1997. He graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Construction Management. In his years with The Peterson Company he has managed numerous construction projects including class A office buildings, third party build-to-suit projects, retail centers, large industrial buildings and more. Bret takes personal interest in each project and every successful job is proof that hard work, dedication and attention to detail make the difference between an ordinary building and a Peterson Construction building. Dave Charron, Maintenance Manager

Dave has been working diligently in facility maintenance for over 24 years. His attention to detail, thoroughness, and his ability to lead his maintenance staff makes him an excellent manager. From Peterson tenants to third party property owners, Dave and his staff maintain over 70 buildings in the Greater Indianapolis area. Brett Dalton, Project Manager

Brett has been working in both commercial and residential construction since 1996. He graduated from Ball State University. He specializes in commercial estimating and field project management for new construction, office tenant improvements, warehouses, doctor’s offices, restaurants, schools, and anything in between. He is very hands-on with all of his projects and is onsite to maintain and ensure a job well done. Brett spends his free time hunting, fishing, playing golf, and spending time with his family. Fred Leimberger, Project Manager

Fred has been working in the construction industry for over 35 years. He graduated from IUPUI with a degree in Architecture. He specializes in commercial construction, residential, multi-family and site development. He is very thorough and detail oriented on his job sites all while maintaining a great sense of humor.
